- 2 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 large onion
- 6 to 7 potatoes
- 4 to 5 carrots
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Roll stew beef in flour mixture and brown.

3Drain.

4Put in a large casserole dish.

5Add onion, tomato soup and water.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 45 minutes; then add potatoes and carrots.

7Bake 45 minutes longer.
