  • 1 small jar liquid smoke
  • 1 small bottle smoke flavored Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce

Directions

    Marinate brisket in liquid smoke overnight.

    Mix Worcestershire sauce with barbecue sauce.

    Drain liquid smoke from brisket and pour sauce mix over brisket in roaster.
