- 5 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Heat oven to 200°.

2Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased baking pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).

3In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt.

4Stir occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy.

6Pour over popped corn, stirring until corn is well coated.

7Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Makes about 15 cups.
