Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 8 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (later)
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Boil all ingredients but soda for 5 minutes.

    Stir well. Remove from heat and add soda.

    Pour over popcorn and mix.

    Put in 2 flat pans in 250° oven.

    Bake 1 hour.

    Stir a few times.

    Store in tight container.
