- 1 lb. pkg. (2 c.) brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. soda (to be added after syrup has boiled)
- roaster pan of popped corn
Directions

1Blend syrup ingredients (except soda) and boil slowly for 5 minutes.

2Take off heat.

3Add soda.

4Stir until blended.

5Pour over popped corn and mix.

6Bake in same pan.

7Stir until kernels are coated.

8Place in 200° to 225° oven for 1 hour.

9After baked, pour on counter to cool.

10Kernels will be separate.
