- 15 c. unsalted popped corn
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbles form around edge of pan.

2Cook 5 minutes more, then remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture is foamy.

3Arrange popcorn in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.

4Pour half the sauce over each pan.

5Stir so that corn is covered evenly.

6Bake for 1/2 to 1 hour at 200°.

7Stir evenly for 20 minutes; let cool.

8Store in tightly covered container.
