- 3 3/4 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Heat oven to 200°.

2Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased 13 x 9-inch pans.

3In saucepan, heat sugar, oleo, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges.

4Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in soda until foamy.

7Pour on popped corn, stirring until corn is well coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Yields 15 cups.
