- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 6 qt. popped corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat and add soda.

3Stir well over popped corn.

4Put on buttered cookie sheets, thin layered.

5Put in 200° oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool.

6Store in covered container to keep crisp.

7It helps to take popcorn out of oven and turn it and break it up about 5 times during baking, at about 20 minute intervals.
