- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 7 1/2 qt. popped corn
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cook sugar, butter, syrup and 1 teaspoon salt (unless you've salted the popcorn).

2Boil slowly for 5 minutes.

3Remove from stove, add soda; stir and pour over popped corn.

4Spread on cookie sheet; place in 200° oven for 1 hour.

5Stir it every 15 minutes.
