  • 2 batches popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring

Directions

    Sort out unpopped kernels.

    Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in flavoring and soda. Pour over popcorn.

    Put in 2 large pans and place in a 250° oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool.

    May add peanuts before putting in oven.
