  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut in serving pieces
  • 1/4 c. sherry or 1/4 c. water or broth
