  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken
  • 1 1/3 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. grated Romano cheese

Directions

    Dip chicken into butter.

    Roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.

    Place chicken pieces, skin side up and not touching, into 2 large, shallow, greased, baking pans.

    Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.

    Bake at 375° until done, about 1 hour. Serves 8.
