- 1 c. butter, melted
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken
- 1 1/3 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. grated Romano cheese
Directions

1Dip chicken into butter.

2Roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.

3Place chicken pieces, skin side up and not touching, into 2 large, shallow, greased, baking pans.

4Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.

5Bake at 375° until done, about 1 hour. Serves 8.
