- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. fruit juice
Directions

1Melt margarine in square baking dish.

2Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together.

3Stir and mix well.

4Pour into melted margarine; do not stir.

5Pour 2 cups fruit juice of choice over mixture.

6Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.

7Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325° in oven.
