- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. ground marjoram
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces and skinned
- 5 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In medium bowl, combine marjoram, flour, thyme and rosemary.

3Dredge chicken in this mixture, then roll in margarine.

4Roll in cereal to coat.

5Place on rack in shallow baking pan.

6Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
