  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can onion soup with beef stock
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/3 c. onion tops
  • pepper to taste
