- 1 lb. ground meat or 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can mushroom soup or chicken/mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- chopped celery (optional)
- chopped green peppers (optional)
- season to taste
Directions

1Stir all ingredients in a heavy Magnalite-type pot with a lid. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, keeping the pot covered.
