  • 1 French bread, cut up or slice bread
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • confectioners sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon

    Arrange bread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Mix milk, salt, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Dip bread in mixture and put on pan. Drizzle remaining egg mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake on a preheated greased cookie sheet. Bake at 500° for 5 minutes, then turn over bread and bake 4 more minutes. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over bread after baking and serve.
