- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 lb. cut up fryer chicken
Directions

1Heat margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan in 425° oven until melted.

2Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Coat chicken with mixture.

4Place skin side down in pan and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

5Turn and bake until thickest pieces are done; about 30 additional minutes.

6Serves 6.
