  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up

Directions

    Melt margarine in rectangular pan (13 x 9-inch) in oven.

    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Coat chicken.

    Place skin side down in hot butter; bake at 425° for 35 minutes.

    Turn; bake for 15 minutes.
