  • 2/3 c. Bisquick (original)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan in oven.

    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.

    Place skin side down in pan.

    Bake 35 minutes.

    Turn; bake about 15 minutes or until done.
