- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt or milk
Directions

1Combine crumbs and spices in bowl.

2Wash chicken and remove skin.

3Dip chicken pieces in yogurt or milk and then roll in seasoned crumbs.

4Place on ungreased baking sheet.

5Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes at 350°.
