  • 2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 lb. chicken parts
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt or milk

Directions

    Combine crumbs and spices in bowl.

    Wash chicken and remove skin.

    Dip chicken pieces in yogurt or milk and then roll in seasoned crumbs.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
