  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken with mixture. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.

    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.

    Turn; bake until done, about 15 minutes more.
