- 1 (3 or 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up for frying
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. crumbs (crushed Post Toasties or Rice Chex)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut up chicken as for frying.

2Combine egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Stir until well blended.

4Place the cut up chicken in this mixture and stir until all pieces are well coated. Set aside.

5Crush enough Post Toasties or Rice Chex to make 2 cups of crumbs.
