- 1 chicken, cut for frying
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. butter
Directions

1Dip chicken pieces in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

2Melt fat in shallow baking pan in hot (400°) oven. Remove pan from oven.

3Place floured chicken in pan, turning to coat with butter.

4Leave skin side down.

5Keep chicken in single layer.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.

8Serves 4.
