- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In shallow bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, garlic salt, basil, oregano and pepper.

3Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.

4Place, skin side up, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken near bone is no longer pink.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
