- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 cut-up fryer
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1About 1 hour before serving, melt butter in a 425° oven in a pan large enough to lay pieces in a single layer.

2Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper and coat chicken evenly.

3Place skin-side down in melted butter.

4Bake for 30 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
