- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in pieces or 4 large boneless breasts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Melt margarine and place in baking dish.

3In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients except chicken.

4Coat chicken with flour mixture, then dip in melted margarine to lightly coat.

5Place chicken on a baking rack and place rack in baking dish.

6Bake for 30 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes more or until done.
