- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 chickens, cut into 8 pieces each
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Melt butter in 2 x 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

3In a shallow bowl combine flour, cayenne, garlic salt and oregano.

4In another shallow bowl beat eggs.

5Dip chicken into flour mixture, then dip in chicken into egg.

6Roll chicken in bread crumbs.

7Place chicken in dish and turn to coat with butter.

8Bake for 30 35 minutes.

9Rotate after 15 minutes.

10Serve hot or at room temperature
