- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 12 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Wash chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.

3Combine baking mix, Creole seasoning, paprika, and pecans.

4Mix well and set aside.

5Mix eggs, salt, and pepper.

7Roll each chicken breast in flour.

8Dip each breasts in egg mixture and roll in baking mix mixture.

9Place chicken in a greased 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
