- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt butter in baking dish.

3Put seasoned stuffing mix in plastic bag.

4Add salt.

5Beat egg with water in pie plate.

6Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake in stuffing mixture.

7Place in melted butter in single layer. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

8Turn; bake 15 minutes longer.
