- 3 lb. crappie fillets
- 1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. corn chips, finely crushed
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Mix yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.

3Dip dish into mixture, coat with chips and place in buttered baking dish.

4Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
