  • 3 lb. crappie fillets
  • 1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. corn chips, finely crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Dip dish into mixture, coat with chips and place in buttered baking dish.
