- fish fillets (we prefer catfish, but any type will do)
- seasoned bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- vegetable oil
- malt vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash, drain and pat fish dry with paper towel.

3Lightly oil both sides of fish.

4Thoroughly coat both sides of fish with mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

5Bake fish about 30 minutes.

6Serve with sprinkles of malt vinegar.
