Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Directions

    If frozen fish is used, thaw, rinse and dry.

    Mix Rice Krispies, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.

    Pour margarine in shallow pan.

    Dip fish in margarine and coat with crushed Rice Krispies.

    Place in a single layer in well-greased, Pam sprayed, or foil-lined shallow pan.

    Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

    Do not cover pan or turn fish while baking.

    Serves 6.
