  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh fish
  • paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 7 Tbsp. unseasoned bread crumbs

    Fork blend egg and oil together.

    Dip fish first into the egg mixture, then lightly in crumbs.

    Spray nonstick cooking spray onto baking dish.

    Arrange fish in single layer.

    Salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

    Bake in preheated oven at 475° for 10 minutes, without turning.
