  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • bread crumbs
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon wedges

Directions

    Thinly coat the fillets with mayonnaise, dredge them in bread crumbs and arrange in baking pan.

    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
