- 3/4 lb. fresh okra
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. your favorite seasoning (try Cajun)
- 1/3 c. fat-free Italian dressing
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cut okra into 1/2-inch slices.

3Mix together bread crumbs and seasoning. Dip okra in salad dressing and roll in bread crumbs.

4Liberally coat a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray.

5Place okra on sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn okra over and bake 15 minutes more.
