- 4 medium potatoes, skin on
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice potatoes lengthwise into eighths.

2Line a shallow baking pan with foil and put all ingredients into the pan, tossing well to coat the potatoes with oil and seasonings.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or at a higher temperature for less time if you wish.

4Adjust seasoning if necessary.
