Oven-Fried Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes, skin on
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Slice potatoes lengthwise into eighths.

    Line a shallow baking pan with foil and put all ingredients into the pan, tossing well to coat the potatoes with oil and seasonings.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or at a higher temperature for less time if you wish.

    Adjust seasoning if necessary.
