Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 400 g firm tofu, sliced
- vegetable oil
- 4 slices flat bread, like Mountain Bread or 4 slices tortillas
- 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 g snow pea sprouts
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
Directions

1Preheat a barbecue or grill to high.

2Mix mayonnaise and wasabi together.

3Drizzle tofu with a little oil and grill to heat through.

4Lay bread out and spread with mayonnaise.

5Layer carrot, cucumber, tofu, avocado, sprouts and top with ginger before wrapping up the flat bread and finishing on the barbecue for one minute each side before serving.
