- 8 large, unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Prepare potatoes.

2Mix remaining ingredients to make a baste. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2-inch shallow baking pan.

3Baste with mixture.

4Bake in preheated 375° oven for 45 minutes until golden brown and tender.

5Baste occasionally with oil mixture.
