Oven Fried Potatoes

  • 8 large, unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Prepare potatoes.

    Mix remaining ingredients to make a baste. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2-inch shallow baking pan.

    Baste with mixture.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven for 45 minutes until golden brown and tender.

    Baste occasionally with oil mixture.
