- 4 large unpeeled potatoes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise into 4 wedges.

2Place skin side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.

4Bake at 375° for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals.

5Turn potatoes for last 15 minutes.
