  • 4 large unpeeled potatoes
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise into 4 wedges.

    Place skin side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals.

    Turn potatoes for last 15 minutes.
