- 4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets
- 12 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- butter-flavored cooking spray
Directions

1Place fillets in a shallow baking dish.

2Pour teriyaki sauce over fish.

3Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.

4Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

5In a shallow dish, combine sesame seeds with flour and pepper.

6Dip each fillet in the flour/sesame mixture.

7Spray a non stick baking pan with the cooking spray and place fillets on the pan in a single layer.

8Lightly spray the top of each fillet with cooking spray.

9Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

10Fish is ready when it flakes when pricked with a fork.
