- 2 1/4 lb. country-style pork ribs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Rub ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, ginger and rosemary. Brush sparingly with soy sauce.

2Place ribs, fatty side up, on an ovenproof plate or pan.

3Grill in oven at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on thickness of ribs.

4Check for doneness by piercing with a fork.

5Remove ribs from oven.

6Wrap in foil.

7Keep warm.

8Add hot water to pan.

9Scrape up brownings.

10Strain juices into a saucepan.

11Heat.
-
12Season to taste with salt and pepper.

13Cut ribs into even pieces.

14Serve with pan juices.
