1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Place one whole egg in each cavity of a 12-cup muffin pan.

3Bake eggs on middle rack of oven for 28 minutes.

4Remove pan from oven and rinse eggs under cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel an egg to check for doneness and add cook time as needed.

5Peel and serve immediately. Alternatively, unpeeled eggs may be chilled in refrigerator up to 4 days.
