    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Place one whole egg in each cavity of a 12-cup muffin pan.

    Bake eggs on middle rack of oven for 28 minutes.

    Remove pan from oven and rinse eggs under cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel an egg to check for doneness and add cook time as needed.

    Peel and serve immediately. Alternatively, unpeeled eggs may be chilled in refrigerator up to 4 days.
