  • 8 to 10 large potatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper on top to taste
  • milk

Directions

    Boil potatoes and mash with sour cream, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper.

    Add milk to right consistency.

    Put in greased casserole (2-quart) and dot with butter.

    Sprinkle with paprika. When ready to serve, bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
