  • 8 eggs, beaten (including any seasonings you want)
  • 1 c. milk
  • additional filling as desired (mushrooms, etc.)

Directions

    Butter pie pan and arrange cheese slices on bottom.

    Top with any additional filling.

    Beat eggs and milk with fork.

    Pour over cheese; bake at 325° for 40 minutes or less, if preferred.
