- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into pieces or use Swiss and ham
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Beat eggs, milk and salt.

3Add bacon, cheese and onion.

4Pour into greased baking dish.

5Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
