  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into pieces or use Swiss and ham
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Beat eggs, milk and salt.

    Pour into greased baking dish.

    Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
