  • 8 slices white bread, cubed (no crust)
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, slightly browned
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Beat together the eggs, milk and salt and pour over bread. Add sausage and cheese.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
