- salt to taste
- 3 c. spaghetti meat sauce
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Make polenta by cooking cornmeal in water; salt to taste. Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

2Spoon cooked polenta into pan.

3Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to cool and set firm, about 1 hour.
