  • 6 large Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 3/4 or 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Ranch dressing
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 to 6 slices American cheese

Directions

    Cook potatoes approximately 5 to 7 minutes, just until tender (do not overcook).
