  • 1 envelope either savory herb or onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

    In plastic bag or bowl, shake or toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated.

    Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
